About the 20 day mark!

One more week until my first month of p90x is completed! Just thinking about only having 60 more days fills me with excitement and joy. I have already noticed BIG changes. The inside of my legs have a dip in them from where some fat has disappeared. My love handles have shrunk tremendously. My face feels a tad thinner. And I can feel my abs & arms becoming stronger. I also have noticed that one minor little problem area on me has disappeared. Underneath where my bras sits I always had this disgusting little roll from where extra fat accumulated. Yay to have that nasty little thing gone. I know at the end of this long road everything is going to be worth it! I want to have a sexy body for my husband. I want to have a healthy body for my children. I want to grow old with my family. I will also be comforted to know that it is possible to get a hott body even after having 2 kids close together.. I want to look better than the other 21 year olds out there. I also am excited that since I've had 2 kids I will have that curvy look. I've tried posting my before pictures on here but they just wouldn't post. I have no idea why.. But I will say that I can't bare to look at them without vomiting in my mouth. Fat Fat Fat everywhere I look. I can't stand it one bit. This is what has me so motivated to stay on this p90x journey. I want to be able to walk on these beautiful beaches here in Okinawa with a string bikini and a gorgeous body & a tan to go with it! ;)

Some days I feel like my whole life is all working out, cleaning, and taking care of kids. It can get quite boring sometimes to tell you the truth. But..I have to look at the future and the vacations that we will get to go on and how good mommy & daddy will look having 2 healthy little babies. I also think about my competition to all the other woman out there. Competition meaning the girls on Shape magazine. I want to be fit just like them..or maybe more fit then them!! I want my husband to look at me like I'm a goddess straight out of an ESPN magazine. I want people to look at me and think " Man that girl has worked pretty hard" "Wow. She's gorgeous." or something like "DAMMNNNN, her husband is the luckiest guy in the world!"

So let me explain a couple things about my diet.
I have splurged a couple times this month. Only because they were special events like a birthday party and hanging out with friends. Which is completely ok! I promise you your not going to gain 10lbs just by eating a piece of chocolate pie. Now..I do try and stay healthy but one thing I can't let go is Coke Zero. It's probably not good for you considering it doesn't have any calories or carbs.. so that leaves me the question "What the heck is in it". Well to be honest. I dont want to know. So we will leave it at "I will drink coke zero and I dont care".
As for snacks I've been really loving the Roasted Vegetable Ritz crackers with a mini cheese wedge.
Also a good meal replacement are the protein power bars. My favorites are the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Brownie.
Also for lunch I've been eating alot of the Tyson Grilled Chicken. Yummy! It taste just like it does on the grill!
I've been eating regular dinners. It's really hard for the dinner part..only because really we need to eat a small portion and I like to sleep on a full stomach. Which is a VERY BAD THING.
Well that's about all I want to say for today. I need to start my workout now...BRING IT!

Ps. My weight is now 134. . I know I've melted fat but I also have gained a considerable amount of muscle. =]
